To see whether the DOG Copenhagen Urban Explorer™ Collar fits, you can place or hold the collar next to your pet. This way, you can check whether it fits. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the collar if it has come into contact with your pet. If, when the item is returned, we find that the product is stained, worn, hairy, dirty or smells of washing detergent, no refund will be issued. As we often receive products that are not returned in brand-new condition, we unfortunately have to apply the following rules for fitting and/or returns.
